Scott Sutton brings more than 27 years of experience in business development, relationship management, and community engagement to his work with Option 1 Realty.  Scott shares the firm’s commitment to integrity, personal service, and helping clients find the best path forward in every real estate decision.

Throughout his career, Scott has worked closely with developers, builders, architects, and community leaders—experience that gives him a deep understanding of what makes homes, neighborhoods, and investments successful over time. His background in the design and construction industry translates seamlessly into residential real estate, where attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on long-term value are key.

A proud Richmond native, Scott is an enthusiastic advocate for the city and its surrounding communities. He has played active roles with organizations such as ChamberRVA, the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate, Virginia Economic Developers Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – Virginia, River Road Presbyterian Church, Randolph-Macon College, and Leadership Metro Richmond (Class of 2008).
