Listing Coordinator – Responsible for marketing your home on the various Internet sites, the Listing Coordinator will arrange a photo shoot and virtual tour of your home, create detailed marketing flyers and professional presentations used to market your home, which are emailed to potential buyers and other area agents. This person will make sure that your homes information is accurate and current on all marketing levels, while providing you with the highest level of customer service available.

Closing Coordinator – Serves as Liaison between the buyers, sellers, agents and closing attorneys to ensure that all appointments, paperwork and contract requirements are in place for a smooth closing.  The Closing Coordinator will walk you through the closing process and schedule all events.

Scheduling Coordinator – Responsible for setting appointments to show your home, the scheduling coordinator will also follow up with all persons who viewed your home to ensure that their questions are answered. On a weekly basis, he or she will update you with any feedback we received from the showings. 

In House Expert – Nothing is more impressive than an instant answer to a question. No more playing phone tag, leaving voice mails or waiting forever to be called back.
